Level I
Discovering iconic teas – The history of tea in Taiwan, its cultivation and processing, followed by a sensory journey of the island’s great teas, from oolongs to oriental beauty, through guided tastings.
Level II
Certificate Training – Deepen your knowlege with our Taiwanese partners. An in depth course to learn how to select, serve and taste Taiwanese teas culminating in a certification.

Margaret Ledoux -Tea Master – Author of two books – lived inTaiwan – trained in Cha Yi and by TBRS, Founder of Discovering Tea
Isaline Lannoy – Tea Sommelier, UKTA tutor, author and international judge – trained in Cha Yi and by TBRS.
